Our pecorino grows on the south facing exposure, near to our beautiful sea, the breezes that slowly cuddles the vines, maximising the expression of richness and sapidity.

The harvest is done by hands, with a careful selection of the best grapes; the winemaking process is done in stainless steel tanks thermo controlled to enhance the sensory profile.
